Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? No one under the age of 18

What can I bring into the event? Business cards. If you would like to bring other promotional items for your business, consider being an Exhibitor or Sponsor of the Conference.

Can I contact the organizer with any questions? Yes, email AMW at info@amavensworld.com

What’s the refund policy? No refunds available, unless the event is canceled by AMW, no exceptions to this policy. Our full terms and conditions are available. Please do look at these before purchasing.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Your ticket can be transferred to another nominated person providing this has been agreed with the organizer in writing up to 24 hours before the event. Please do look at our terms and conditions with relation to this event.

Is it open to men and women in business only? No, women only, unless you are a male Exhibitor, Sponsor of Media. *AMW reserves the right to void a registration with or without cause and will issue a refund, in the form of payment, if ticket is voided.

I have a dietary requirement can you help? Please do contact us at least a week prior to the event via info@amavensworld.com so we can accommodate your dietary request. Please include your ticket number in the communication.
